Introduction: I have been practicing elder law, family law, probate law and criminal law for 30 years along with estate planning. My practice consists of defending all crimes from misdemeanors to felonies. I realize that people don't get in trouble during "regular business hours" so I can be reached on my cell phone at any time via text. I also realize that people need to meet with me at night and on weekends and I am available when you need me. I am a very successful divorce lawyer and have handled many many probate litigation issues. I am personally available to handle all of your questions and discuss your case with you. My office is located in Livonia. I represent clients in courts all over the state of Michigan and am wiling to meet you anywhere. Attorney's are also counselors and I love that part of the job. I was born to be in the courtroom but am someone who is approachable and compassionate. I am a tough litigator who is a winner but I am also a caring sympathetic counselor.
