I have an emotional tie to everything I create with my hands. Whether I am Grilling Hamburgers & Hot Dogs, or Filet Mignon & Lobster Tails, you will taste the Love & Care I add to everything I create. Every day is different, but the same, but different. The menu changes and the number of guests I am serving changes, but how I get from unloading a truck, checking quality of all ingredients, to considering how to present the food so that it looks and tastes it's best...that gets my adrenalin pumping! I wanted to surprise my wife for our first anniversary but because of COVID, I wanted to stay in a setting with less people. FGF was willing to come into our home for a personal experience to cook for us both. Chefs Stephen and Andrea were wonderful! They made us an amazing 5 course gourmet meal in the comfort of our own home to help us celebrate. It was really great to be able watch them prepare the meal and talk with them about the process. They were so warm and friendly and you could sense how much thought and care they put into their food. They were professional and courteous working around my tomato allergy and bringing all necessary utensils and ingredients. They were great at communicating with us and kept us at ease from start to finish. On top of it all, the food was amazing starting with homemade olive tapenade on crustini, blue cheese/pecan covered grapes followed by Thai style shrimp boats , asparagus frittata and a light 5 mushroom creme soup. The main course was a 3 day marinated lamb porterhouse with couscous and mashed squash. To finish the meal we had a beautiful chocolate cake/mousse tower with raspberry purée . I cannot express how attentive and welcoming they were and what a wonderful experience it was for our first anniversary. We will absolutely have them In our home again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a cozy night with delicious food and great conversation.

They delivered everything exactly as I requested. Price was a bit high, but food was good. They even worked with very specific dietary needs. Would recommend to anyone in the Midland Mt. Pleasant area.
