- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base fee, but typically work with my clients to fit within their budget, whatever their needs are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with them on the phone, and then set up an informal meeting sometime before the wedding. I want my clients to be comfortable before their event, and make sure that we are a good fit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in photography, and am highly trained in the technical aspects of photography. Hiring a professional makes a huge difference in terms of quality! I know it seems like a good idea to hire friends or family to do your images, but please keep in mind that after your event, the images are the only thing you will have to remember! You want them to be done right.
