I was in need of a new roof due to wind storm damage. The company responded quickly to my request. (Jared) came out and meet with my adjuster to discuss all the damages. He went over everything with me and explained with great detail. He was quick in response and I always had an easy access to him when I had a question. He always responded in a timely manor and addressed all my concerns. Very trustworthy. The work done looks amazing. They kept the house fairly clean and was respectful of my belongings as well as let my dog out while they were there. They went beyond my expectations! Thank you! I would recommend them for the job and if I need other jobs done I would re-hire this company as long as they are consistent with what Jared had set the bar at. Also, the restraining of my double tongue and grooved wood ceiling looks perfect. My skylight in the bathroom was well installed.

Upgraded my bathroom with new fixtures and also had laminate flooring installed in the living room and hallway. It was a great experience. Travis and his crew were punctual, polite, and efficient. Everyone worked as a team to get each task completed. They were very nice to my little dog too!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job has different challenges. The price is based on the labor needed to make whatever we are doing look nice. Some need more preparation and restoration work than others. It is very hard to give an accurate quote sight unseen. We really need to take a look to provide accurate quotes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first goal is to get to know the customer and what they are looking for. Our second step is to guide them in getting the highest quality materials and workmanship that fit within their budget. There are many variables to every job and we want to give the customer what works best for them. We want to spend the extra time with the customer and the on job to make sure things are done not only properly but the best their money can buy.
