FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once original contact is made, we talk with you to get an idea of what you are looking for, your vision of how you see your event and they types of equipment you want to be used. We will discuss prices based upon your desires, discuss and visit venues and be sure both parties are clear as to what your expectations are. Once an agreement is made, a contract is included detailing what has been discussed as well as any limitations or expectations from both you, the consumer and us. A deposit is generally required for the date reservation. From there we will work with you to gather information on the types of music you wish to be played at your event and the format you want, develop song lists of your favorites, time lines of when you want them played. We make every effort to cater to YOUR desires and make the experience what you want it to be. Frequent communication can be expected to insure that your event is your own, with a final check made about a week prior to be certain that the music we have arranged is correct and up to your standards.
