Pricing will vary greatly depending on site conditions and materials chosen, but here is a general pricing reference for common project types: - Complete bathroom remodel: $12,000 to $30,000* - Shower replacement: $7,000 to $18,000* *Pricing includes all materials and installation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site consultation to go over general options and a budget. This consultation includes a preliminary project estimate. Upon scheduling the follow up meeting, a 1-2% retainer is collected. During the 'design session', we go into more detail about specific material selections and design to finalize the project price. Finally, the project is scheduled and all material orders are placed at that time. During remodeling, measures are taken to protect surfaces and contain the spread of dust as needed. At the end of each work day, the site is cleaned and made safe for re-entry by the homeowner/customer. Upon project completion, a final walk through is performed with the homeowner/customer.

10+ years of experience in the kitchen/bathroom remodeling industry. Insured and licensed with a Michigan Builders License.
