thank sue for not telling the truth, not only were we nothing but nice to you we came to your house on a Saturday because you said you kept getting bids from people but no one ever came to start, and we found out why.....after I had already threw in a few free jobs to the quote you kept adding things and when I told you ok that is fine I can do all of this but the price is going to change and you got upset and I sent you the key back in the mail you gave me. I have plenty of references and a portfolio of jobs I have performed with 80% of our business being repeat customers. so sorry we couldn't please you God bless you on your journey!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No standard like to give the customers the best deals possible!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to set up a date and time which is convenient for our customers. Then we take a look at what they have going on. Give them a verbal price. If they like the verbal price, we write up an invoice, with job description, we both sign, get a draw for materials and get started the next day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've worked on a ranch since u was old enough to walk. Have worked in three other states other than Michigan. Took 60 hours or preliminary building courses online.
