When they arrived they asked for a walk thru of the parts of my home I wanted cleaned and of course I can be very specific about how I want certain things done in my home. The whole time through the walk through they took notes and asked questions. I felt very understood on how I wanted things to get accomplished and when they were done, everything was to my standards! Very happy with them and will be calling upon there services again!
