- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Find someone with vast experience, who can handle full service print and web. Avoid one-trick ponies, who may know how to "build" a website, but not necessarily how to communicate YOUR story to YOUR customers.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?I wish my customers were more often focused on THEIR customers desires than their own. For example, "make my logo bigger" is what MY client (you) often wants, whereas, "tell me what you can do for ME" is more in line with what YOUR client wants to know.
