FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are actually less than half of what the franchise " Handymen " offer. I offer competitive hourly rates based on Industry Standards, my flat rate but can be negotiable depending on the project. " A good handyman is not cheap, but a cheap handyman is not good "
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to give my customer a quality job at a fair price. I like to meet with them and discuss the project, offer money saving options if possible, and to be on-time and in communication with them through out the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been buying and selling homes for 35 years, being hands on has been my training.
