Tom did a great job rerouting my sump pump discharge pipe. He also gave me some helpful information for some other small jobs I asked him to do but was able to complete in my own after talking to him. Highly recommend using Tom for any handyman needs.Mar 24, 2019Verified
Handyman Tom was phenomenal! He completed the job just the way I wanted and he was reasonable with pricing. I will definitely be reaching back out to him for a few more projects that I have in mind.Oct 27, 2018Verified
Very good experience throughout our projects. Excellence in work quality, forthrightness, and communication. I appreciate also that he went out of his way to make sure everything was done well, and completed timely. Handyman Tom is very communicative, honest, friendly, prompt, professional, and is clearly very good at what he does. Would hire again in a heartbeat.Oct 13, 2018Verified
Handyman Tom said he was interested in a job that I had. Tried calling and left voicemails and no reply back. Very unprofessional.Mar 2, 2018VerifiedHandyman Tom LLC's reply
She marked me as hired at 1:08 this afternoon and gave me unfavorable feedback at 2:33, I don't know anyone that would have responded that fast. The good Handymen stay busy all year long, if you could have been a little more patient I would have scheduled you this coming week, I have 65, 5 star feedbacks, that's because I do my follow up. Sorry I could not help you ......
Great experience with excellent communication before the job to confirm price, work requested and flexible. He was able to fit me in and complete my porch light replacement quickly. Highly recommend Handyman Tom and I will be requesting him for more jobs to friends and family. Fair price with great work completed.Dec 19, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My rates are actually less than half of what the franchise " Handymen " offer. I offer competitive hourly rates based on Industry Standards, my flat rate but can be negotiable depending on the project. " A good handyman is not cheap, but a cheap handyman is not good "
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My goal is to give my customer a quality job at a fair price. I like to meet with them and discuss the project, offer money saving options if possible, and to be on-time and in communication with them through out the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been buying and selling homes for 35 years, being hands on has been my training.
