Ivan did an excellent job repairing the windows at my house. He was honest, professional, and very easy to work with. After a heavy rain, one of my windows started leaking badly. I submitted a request, and Ivan responded very quickly, scheduling a visit to inspect the issue and provide an estimate. During his visit, he proactively checked all of the windows, clearly explained the root cause of the problem, and walked me through the main issues. He provided a detailed estimate not only for the affected window, but also for the rest of the windows as an option. He was also transparent about what was included—he mentioned that frame painting was not part of the initial scope, but offered to handle it for a fair price. Ivan completed the work in one day as promised. He repaired the wooden frames, properly sealed them, and made sure everything was secure. It’s hard to find honest and professional people these days, and Ivan definitely stands out. Highly recommended.
