- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We value honesty, so, here's our honest response. We believe that you always get what you pay for. We do sometimes run occasional discounts when doing dual transactions, such as buying AND selling or if there is a lack of equity in a property. We take a lot of pride in our work, and we spend a lot of money and time to get your property sold. If you are buying a home, we get paid by the seller, so there is no commission to be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a buyer's consultation. We do this so that we are fully aware of what YOUR goals are so that we can better assist you. We will typically send you a quick video highlighting the following steps, such as getting pre-approved, sending your criteria, etc. prior to having a more formal consultation either on Zoom or in-person at one of our many offices. We have offices all over Metro Detroit. The office located at 101 W. Big Beaver Rd is just a mailing address, and we do not meet clients there. We have other offices where we do business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do a lot of trainings weekly provided by eXp Realty, which is our brokerage. Zamzam & Associates is a team of professionals. This allows us to always hone our skills, and we believe that if we stop learning DAILY, then we are hurting ourselves and doing our clients a disservice.
