I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Brasseurs Animal Removal. Chris Brasseurs was professional and thorough in his assessment. He walked around my property with me in tow to identify signs of animal intrusion and any at-risk areas. He turned his attention to the inside attic area (the source of my complaint) and did a thorough inspection of it. During both the outside and inside inspections, he conveyed his observations to me. He then provided options to resolve the issue and the cost for each. I had plenty of questions and he amicably addressed each of them. In short, Chis was the epitome of a qualified and customer-focused professional. I have absolutely no hesitation is providing him with this five star rating. He absolutely earned it. My daughter called me crying the last few nights that’s there was something in her house and she was terrified. I called around and I was getting crazy quotes. But I called Brasseurs animal removal and he came right out and was super helpful gave me a great price and in less than 48 hours we caught what was not letting my daughter and grand baby sleep.
