- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Free estimates and financing is available through Wells Fargo. Just go to our Website and click on the credit card icon to see if you qualify.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make Basement Finishing easy and painless. First, we set an appointment that is convenient for you. Day, night or weekend. Then one of our experienced design professionals meets with you in person, looks at your space, listens to what your dream basement would look like and draws out a design that fits your budget, and gives you a firm price the same day! Once you have decided to proceed with your project, we put you on our schedule, usually within one to three weeks. We usually like to start on Mondays. Our Forman will arrive at your house between 8:30 and 9:00am every weekday and work to around 4pm. We don’t usually work on the weekends unless we are asked to. We will not pull off your job to go to another job. We stick with your job till it’s done. We use trade specific people, licensed electricians, licensed plumbers, carpenters, flooring people etc. We complete most basement remodeling projects in Two Weeks! If you have a bathroom that usually adds a week to the project, it also is counting on timely inspections. Add that’s it….Fast and Friendly and We guarantee it!

We have been it business since 1972. We started off as a ceiling only company and have sinced added flooring, basement, kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
