- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can work via phone, email or in person. I do charge for traveling expenses if we meet in person. It's a case by case basis depending on the project. But generally I like to begin with research, then ideation (brain-storming and sketching), then into development (selecting fonts, colors, and building compositions), feedback, revisions, production, presentation, fine tuning adjustments, completion. Not everything will necessarily require all of these steps. But the only way to know is by speaking to you, the client about the scope of the project first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from College for Creative Studies in 2014 with my BFA in Graphic Design.
