- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event, whether pastry or catering, is done on a per customer basis. Crystal will meet or communicate with you to get a feel for your vision. She then personally prices out your meal. Each meal varies on the degree of work behind it.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Crystal has been classically trained as a chef at the Art Institute in Dallas. She found a second love for pastries, and loves to create edible works of art to your hearts desire. She puts everything in what she does, so please enjoy.
