As a dancer, I was in search of something that was really going to help build my core. Pilates was just the thing for me. When I met with Tara, I noticed how she really focused on my technique of the workout. I have had plenty of workout classes at many gyms and no one ever took the time to do that. I ended up wasted a lot of time and money to not get the results I was looking for. With Tara I could feel the difference the very next morning!
