Tara is an amazing instructor and great at keeping my team and I motivated! She has done group sessions with my 21 member team and has increased the difficulty each time. She is able to help all members and keep the full attention of the group. Tara has a great knowledge of Pilates and is very good at explaining and demoing the moves. I went to a Pilates class and oh my god did I feel sooo good afterwards! The next day of course I was sore the great kind of sore and I recommend you try out her class for great results! I wish I lived closer to go every Wednesday at 9:30am!
