- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount for all Pontiac residents, or those who own a home in the city of Pontiac. And we offer a 15% discount to all veterans (we will need to see your veterans ID or proof of current active duty service)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive your phone call or email and respond to it as soon as possible. We can give quotes via email or phone if given a detailed description of the job with photos, but generally it’s preferred to do an In-person estimate if possible to ensure your getting the right quote for your project. Our salesmen or the owner himself will show up and record a scope of work/give a quote so we have a full understanding of what you want in order to provide the best possible service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed projects for numerous reputable companies in the southeast Michigan area and I’ve installed 15,000+ft of gutter for them. I was taught the trade by an expert with 15yrs of experience that himself had developed training programs for a multi-million dollar company that I worked under him at.
