- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the pricing is based off current market value for food as well as goods and services. for a buffet style service it usually starts off at $17 per person. and that's just for a basic menu. can go upwards to $50 per person. Also if I will be traveling to you there will be a mileage charge at $0.38 starting off per mile. I do require a 40% deposit down for all services and the remainder to be due two days before the event
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally like to get a feel for my clients by catering to their tailored needs and wants. so I like to go over all the menu options as well as different things to do with organizing your event if we are providing event staffing. and as far as catering I like to make sure that we're all on the same page with how the menu looks and proper execution.
