Nohemy and Wilmer came for an estimate minutes after I called and were able to do the job later that day! They have a crew of around 15 men who know each exactly what to do. I had a huge tree all over the house cut down in less than 2 hours, they cleaned up neatly. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing has many factors, where the tree is located, how much space around the tree we have, how big it is, how tall, how safe it is to go up on the tree and also if you'd like to keep the wood or not.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give out a free estimate at your property, upon agreeing to a price we do sign a contract. The contract specifies what we are going to be doing and for how much. Once the work is done we do a walkthrough with you and make sure everything looks great and then we collect payment.
We are usually pretty flexible to when we can complete a job, same day or the next business day.
