- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive. You will find I am not always the cheapest, however the quality of my work is worth the extra investment. Clients rave about my professionalism, enthusiasm, and expertise in my field.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out my clients needs and then to chat to get a good feel for the job and go over the whole process and answer any questions they may have. If everyone is on board we set up a meeting or shoot depending on the type of shoot and then we go from there.
