PJ was great. Gave great advice on the project and executed well. He patched the concrete on a leak in our basement and suggested a French drain to correct the issue. He communicated well through a property manager. All around great service for our rental property.

Vanvleet Repairs did an excellent job In fixing the damage caused by a broken water pipe in the basement. They repaired damaged ceiling tiles & patched a cold air return duct. Communications with Vanvleet was way above expectations & the quality of their work was outstanding. We’ll use them again.
