Introduction: I have been away from this for the past 1 1/2 years due to health issues. I'm so looking forward to getting back to what I love l. I have a great understanding of what makes dogs click. Owning Boxers and PitBulls for 27 years and training all breeds of dogs for 32 years, I specialize in over reactive dogs. By taking my training outside the box by exposing them to as many different environments as I can it results in a well rounded, confident dog who learns it's not necessary to react. I use positive reenforcement methods and NEVER train the dog out of fear. My goal is to have you and your dog have a happy, healthy relationship and your dog to behave like a good canine citizen. The finished result. Starting with a stressed, aggressive, out of control dog and developing a calm, confident, well mannered canine citizen.

Linda has a great read on dog body language. She works patiently with me to be the leader my anxious, dog-agressive rescue needs so we can go out and enjoy the Kalamazoo area. Dog responds very well to her. She is a wealth of good information about canine services in the region. I feel she took ample time to get to know us and 'Dutch'. Clear communication.

I've seen huge improvement with my dog Zara since Linda has been working with her. I feel more confident and have better control over her in public. She listens better and has more self confidence and I'm no longer worried she's going to start fights with other dogs. I have had 1 session with Linda so far and I have already seen a dramatic increase in my dogs confidence (and mine when handling him) that is translating very well to his ability to control himself on walks and in the house. At this point I am extremely satisfied with Linda and have actually recommended her to a couple friends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the visit instead of a set amount of time. I do not charge for going over the first hour as I am often with a client for 1-2 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am always attending training seminars given by the too trainers in the country.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love dogs and I like to see people enjoying their well behaved dogs instead of fighting with them.
