Lowe's messed up taking my order (due to no one from plumbing being available while I was there), this person had to call them several times to get the order to actually be what we wanted done. He did not complain about the delays, and did an excellent job for us.

Billy the plumber came looked over the problem we could not pinpoint the exact problem area, but we came to a conclusion of process of elimination so for the next 24 hours, I will observe the pinpoint of the problem as we think it may be and I will report back to Billy about the situation, but overall Billy was very pro professional and well professional and I appreciate his time for coming out to even look at it and and help me try to solve that situation.
