Neither I, nor my son, could have asked for any better of a plumber than William. His honest assessment that it would prove to be less costly to have a new toiletinstalled, rather than to replace the phlange and other internal components, had undoubtedly proved to be the best possible option. The entire experience working with him throughout the process was remarkably pleasant and thorough. The professionalism and competence he demonstrated rivals that of any plumbing service I have previously utilized. He also possesses a fantastic personality, and was keen to answer all questions and concerns that myself and my son had. The quality of the installation he performed was nothing less than impeccable! We couldn't be more satisfied with both the aesthetics and the functionality of our new toilet. Unfortunately William could not complete the toiletinstallation because my floor needs to be repaired first. The sales people at Lowes have that backward. They maintained that the toilet had to be installed first. I told them there were issues with the floor and replacement of the sub flooring might be required.
