The workout is different each time you come in, so you are never bored. Jessey is the best ! She makes it fun, explains what you are suppose to do and keeps you moving. By far the best fitness club I've ever joined ! I will recommend it to all my friends & family.
Connor has trained me in kickboxing for a little over two years. He is very good at his job and very professional. He is encouraging, while making me work hard. I highly recommend him to anyone. He also trains me with strength straining, but that has only been 1 month so far, same work ethic.
We teach children as well as adults. We offer classes in kenpo karate, a very practical and efficient self-defense art that anyone can learn.
We also offer aerobic kickboxing for an excellent cardiovascular workout which is done on heavy bags, not in the air.
