I attended Northwestern Technological institute for HVAC 16 years ago where I obtained a license in heating and cooling from the state of Michigan. After completing the course at the top of my class I started a job in the apartment maintenance field where I gained hands on experience in appliance repairs, furnace and air conditioning unit repairs as well as plumbing, electrical and handyman work. Shortly after I started getting lots of request to do repairs outside of work for tenants family and friends. Not being able to keep up with the work that was offered on the side I then decided it was time to start a business and take on this new business venture full time.. Currently I have 4 experienced guys and gal that hold 20+ years or more of experienced and licensed in other areas like plumbing , electrical, painting, and tile work to help with the work load

Luckily, it turned out to be something simple. I had a receptacle with insufficient wiring that needed to be replaced. It took a little bit of looking around first, but all in all he had arrived, found the problem and fixed it in about an hour. He was courteous and helpful.

I come out access the project in whole, give the customer a fair price based upon union standard, Next the customer and I choose the best day and time to complete the project.
