Gabriella is an excellent photographer and I feel lucky to have found her for my family’s recent photo session. We had 8 people, one baby, and one person in a wheelchair, and she worked seamlessly with our group to capture some amazing photos. Entertaining the baby to get his attention and helping my stepdad with his walker. She produces high quality work, is very punctual, clear, friendly, and easy to work with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price on a per client basis to ensure that I understand the scope of what you need and how I can best be of service to you! All shoots require a non-refundable retainer upon booking to officially secure your date.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for any information needed if left out of the original message (date, time, # of photos, hours of coverage, how many products/dishes, etc.) If it is a commercial or brand shoot, I prefer to hop on the phone so we can chat and discuss all of the intricacies of your brand! I will then (if contracted for creative direction) will create and share a mood board with you for approval. All invoices are sent via square unless a Paypal/Venmo payment is arranged.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Design Technology which makes me proficient in editing software among set and wardrobe styling!
