- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer pricing for projects large and small which varies from hourly, per project, as well as half day and daily rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make myself available as much as possible and in the way that is easiest and most convenient for my clients to contact me; phone, text, email, or through my website. Once I receive a request for service, I assess the issue and also figure out exactly what my clients expectations are. I communicate the best course of action, time frame, and any alternatives that might be available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has been on-the-job. I started with my first rental property at age 21 and then my first full rehab at age 22. I was lucky enough to meet a carpenter and true craftsman at that time who took me under his wing and taught me how to assess and think through projects, do them right the first time, and take pride in a job well done.
