- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is impossible to offer in construction. Companies that offer standard pricing for things like bathrooms and kitchens typically are low all offers given in an effort to get the job. Then they nearly always upcharge the customer, or do shoddy work to maintain their target price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we will meet with customer to begin relationship and to ensure comfort level on both sides, review job site, determine exactly what the customer wants, and explain any possible issues that may arise. Then based on customer feedback/suggestions/desires will complete an official quote. Depending on scope of work, this usually is complete within 24 hours.
