- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself & the company. Hear what exactly the customer wants & proceed to answer all questions & concerns using all this information to accurately quote the job, and moving forward scheduling the job according to the customers request! Last, present any unforeseen issues to the customer to keep integrity high as well as keeping the project on track for completion!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
N.A.M.P. National association of mold professionals carpentry & renavation trades school also multiple years working besides professional trades over the years! Carpentry trade school & home maintenance. Associate Degree in applied science of welding.
