Alvin came out to inspect my roof after it was damaged, and I honestly cant say enough good things about him. Not only did he give me a very fair and competitive price, but he went above and beyond in a way you rarely see anymore.Out of the kindness of his heart, he provided free services that werent required at all. He spent over an hour on my roof, temporarily fixing both my gutter and roof just to make sure everything was safe and protected.Ive been in construction for 17 years, and I can confidently say Ive never met someone like Alvin. His work ethic, integrity, and genuine care for people truly set him apart. If youre looking for an honest, skilled roofer who actually cares, Alvin is that guy.

Hey I never had any work done but I just met this guy and he's awesome he supported to my college tour so I can further my education he's a role model for his community and also a great father we really appreciate his support that we received today he's an awesome man I sure would request his service if I need it anything fixed or installed on my home or business

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to keep our prices competitive. Unlike large companies, we don't have massive advertising budgets, franchise fees, etc. We can offer better pricing, and far better service than our larger competitors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule the initial consultation/inspection. Then, we make an assessment and provide recommendations. We provide a no-pressure free estimate on any recommended repairs. After this, we schedule the work to be done, and once it's complete, we do a final inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified mold inspectors/remediators with MICRO, and a certified home inspector with InterNACHI. Level Up's owner, Brandon, is also a Journeymen Carpenter and licensed builder in Michigan, with over 20 years experience in residential remodeling.
