- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always send my phone number because the jobs posted are almost always not fully exactly descriptive like square footage or obstructions that may be, calling is the best way to figure out exactly what needs to be done .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will regularly be available for any questions at all times from start to Finish, good communication is key for success
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my training was on job training , working my way up the ladder so to speak was undoubtedly the best for me being a hands on guy . I’ve worked for three major companies two of witch were complete home improvement.
