We bill hourly for installation and technical services. For jobs requiring cable to be ran, we charge a simple drop fee. We offer discounts for non-profit businesses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We have a short phone consultation to gather some basic information. 2. An On-Site consultation may be required. 3. Provide and estimate and Schedule the Project. 4. Complete the project. 5. Post Project follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team comes from several areas in the IT space. Our owner has nearly 10 years of experience. Each of our technicians and installers have multiple years of experience.
