Cleaned the home very quickly. Took 2 hours to get the entire home cleaned. However, the refrigerator wasn't cleaned completely

For a move in/out cleaning, this was not the best.
First, I added that I was still in the house with cats when I made this appointment a week ago, they sent someone who was scared of cats/allergic to cats.
Second, I needed two things done in the basement: The basement washtub cleaned, and the cobwebs taken care of. Neither was completed. The young lady told me she took twenty minutes and couldn't get the tub cleaned. I took twenty minutes and got it clean myself. The shelf in the basement and the closet were not cleaned, so I had to clean them myself, and then re-sweep the floor. I had to re-clean the sink upstairs as one side was not clean. Half of the lights were not dusted.
Half of the baseboards were not wiped, I had to re-wipe them down. There was still things on the floor, that I had to wipe up/scrape up (note: a swiffer mop does not clean it all up). the mirrors were not clean. The back of the sink in the kitchen was not wiped, nor was the back of the laundry tub.
Half of the windows were not cleaned - not even on the inside.
There is still dirt on my bathroom floor, and my toilet and tub were not fully cleaned. My toilet still has hard water stains in it.
I am getting pictures for my house taken tomorrow for it to be put on the market. I got someone to clean so I didn't have to do it - I should not be following up behind them finishing up what they did not do. Not when the price was almost $500.
If this is what is done for a move in/out clean by this company, I'm very disappointed.
