We have an excellent experience with Eddy, his son Henri, and their team for remodeling 2 upstairs bathrooms and updating first floor flooring at my house. They promptly provided detailed quotes and patiently quite a few follow-up questions. When the project started, they worked on time and completed per agreed schedule, showed exceptional professionalism and courtesy about their jobs. Eddy, Henri, Nick and Nicks father , did an outstanding job transforming our old run down bathroom into a luxurious 5 star resort bathroom. Eddy and his team are very detailed , along with their old world craftsmanship and architectural skills did an amazing job. Eddy and Henri also replaced the rotted subfloor , replaced some framing and drywall and installed new plumbing that will not freeze. Eddy and his son remodeled two of our bathrooms and also installed hardwood flooring on the upper level of our house. A few points to note about them: 1. Their quality of work is very good and they take a lot of pride in doing things right even if it means taking a few extra days. 2. They are highly responsive, quick to give you numbers and dates. 3. They are highly responsible and will tell you upfront if there is something they do not want to take on or is not on their wheelhouse. I appreciated that. 4. They have an eye for detail, which comes in handy when finishing things - the small details matter. 5. They are upfront about costs and if they do point out extra work required, it is usually because that work is required. 6. Most important, they are good and honest people and will listen to you. Our experience with them has been highly satisfactory and we hope that anyone who hires them will feel the same way.
