10/10 service and professionalism! Seconds after submitting my request, Derek called to discuss the issue I was having with my Samsung dryer (thermal fuse) and gave me a very transparent and reasonable quote. He was available the same day, gave me an ETA and arrived on the dot. Upon arrival, he put on booties and got to work. Through every step of the diagnostics and repairs, he kept me informed. He also proactively checked other parts of the dryer to ensure they were in good working order. He showed me some cracks on the belt and replaced that too, saving me the hassle of needing another repair in the near future. Overall, the price was very reasonable and the service was top-tier. Derek is the man. Professional and right on top of everything. I contacted him and luckily he had availability, and came out immediately. I can’t say enough good things about this experience! I would like to have chosen all 5 above. Derek responded within minutes of submitting my request for a quote to fix our washing machine. He fit us into his schedule the very next day. He was right on time, very professional, and extremely reasonable on price. He replaced the control board on our washing machine pretty quickly and everything works perfectly now! I’ll will definitely call him for any and all of our appliance repairs in the future!
