Derek was very responsive ! One we scheduled an appointment, he arrived within the time frame he’d given me. He was professional and efficient. He was able to quickly figure out what the issue was and have it fixed in under an hour! He told me it would be fixed in 15 minutes and he was done in 10! Derek did a great job being flexible and responded very quickly. He was able to diagnose what ended up being a bad garbage disposal outlet (requiring an electrician) and still decided to tighten up a leaky unit while he was out there. 10/10
