Derek was straightforward, efficient, and honest. He knew what needed to be done from my description of the problem, and had the parts with him. He suspected another problem from listening to the machine and quoted a repair price that I agreed to. Once he had the machine disassembled, he saw that the additional parts were not needed, told me and adjusted the machine alignment instead without charging extra. A very good experience overall.

Unfortunately my unit was too far gone to make repair worth it (transmission). Derek was quick to diagnose the issue and give us a fair and honest estimate. I will definitely use him again.
