I requested a service call for my dishwasher on Tuesday evening. Derek from Home Hero LLC reached out to me via phone minutes after my email request. We scheduled a time for him to come to my home the next day. The normal expectation when I am having work done, or expecting a delivery, is that most of my day will be spent waiting for whomever to arrive within a certain time window. In most cases, it’s usually later than the window, but I have learned to temper my expectations. This was not the case with Derek from Home Hero LLC. He reached out to me via text, my preferred contact method, and let me know that he was ahead of schedule and that he was able to arrive earlier if that worked for my schedule. It did, and he arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. Derek was professional and knowledgeable when assessing the situation with my dishwasher. He throughly checked my dishwasher. He also gave me some great maintenance tips. He let me know that should any problem arise, that he could return within the next 30 days to check it out with no additional fee. I highly recommend Home Hero LLC and would not hesitate to contact them in the future should I need any additional appliance repair, or service. I especially appreciated the speedy response to my initial inquiry, the communication, and respect for my time. I feel like many businesses miss the mark on those points, so it was really great to have such service! Thanks again!

Derek was great! He called me on the same day I made the request and was able to come out the next day! He was punctual and easy to work with. He got everything all taken care of and just really made having to have a repair done a lot easier! While I hope I don't need his services again anytime soon, if I do I'll definitely be calling him again!

Derek was able to correctly identify the issue with my dryer within seconds just by turning it on and listening. He’s the dryer whisperer! It only took him 30 minutes to get the job done, if I ever have any other appliance issues, I know who I’m calling.
