Thank you so much Joe!!!! You literally saved the day. I am so thankful for the quick and prompt response! Within hours he was at my front door, with his full gear, mentally prepared to install my oven. He resolved my repair quickly and efficiently. He had all the necessary tools and intelligence to fix my issues promptly. Without doubt I will recommend him to everyone without hesitation. Overall, he was honest and extremely professional. I had been without a refrigerator since I moved. (Long Story) I got my refrigerator back today but when I went to plug it in, the 3 prongs were bent. When I tried to bend them into shape, the ground prong snapped. I called every appliance repair that was open and couldn’t get any help today. Plus the charges were more than I could do. I contacted Joe and got a response in a few minutes. I explained my situation and the problem I was facing. He said he would call me back in just a bit to see if he could help. Joe showed up and fixed my refrigerator in just a few minutes. His fees were phenomenal and I can’t thank him enough. Joe went above and beyond to take care of my problem. He was definitely my Angel when I needed one. Joe will definitely be getting my business when I need a repair. Thank you Joe, you really were a blessing in my time of need.
