Within hours he was at my front door, with his full gear, mentally prepared to install my oven. He resolved my repair quickly and efficiently. I had been without a refrigerator since I moved. (Long Story) I got my refrigerator back today but when I went to plug it in, the 3 prongs were bent. When I tried to bend them into shape, the ground prong snapped. I called every appliance repair that was open and couldn’t get any help today. Plus the charges were more than I could do. I contacted Joe and got a response in a few minutes. I explained my situation and the problem I was facing. He said he would call me back in just a bit to see if he could help. Joe showed up and fixed my refrigerator in just a few minutes. His fees were phenomenal and I can’t thank him enough. Joe went above and beyond to take care of my problem. He was definitely my Angel when I needed one. Joe will definitely be getting my business when I need a repair. Thank you Joe, you really were a blessing in my time of need.
