- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An average basic steam cleaning, truck mounted is $30.00 a room (approx. 144 square feet). Deep cleaning on average is $50.00 a room. This includes shampoo with a scrub machine, while we come back and do a steam clean over the same area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Cleaning Doctors will communicate with the customer to find out exactly what they are looking to get done. We will take the time to listen and provide the best service possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Cleaning Doctors has been cleaning carpets for over twenty years. We have worked with some of the larger carpet cleaning companies, so we have a great deal of experience. We also have a certificate in Chemical Usage.
