- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, my mom was a cook and my dad was a chef. As a matter of fact, that's how they met ... They were both working in the kitchen of the same restaurant. So I guess you could say "I was born to cook!" My love for the culinary arts began when I just 7 years old; And I've been at it every since.
