- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on the scope of services, location, staffing requirements, hours of coverage, and overall security risk level. We strive to provide competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We offer discounted rates for long-term contracts, recurring assignments, nonprofit organizations, places of worship, and multi-site engagements. Emergency, last-minute, holiday, and specialized assignments may be subject to additional charges based on staffing and operational requirements. All clients receive a complimentary consultation and security assessment to ensure we provide the most effective solution while remaining within budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a consultation to discuss the client's needs, concerns, objectives, and event or property details. We then conduct a risk assessment to identify potential vulnerabilities and determine the appropriate level of security coverage. Based on this assessment, we develop a customized security plan outlining staffing recommendations, duties, schedules, and any specialized services required. Once the proposal is approved, we assign qualified personnel, conduct any necessary site briefings, and establish communication protocols with the client. Throughout the assignment, our team provides professional security services while maintaining regular communication and operational oversight. Following completion of services, we remain available for follow-up discussions, future planning, and ongoing security support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leadership team and security professionals bring together decades of combined experience in private security, law enforcement, military service, executive protection, investigations, firearms instruction, emergency response, and risk management. Our personnel include current and former military members, law enforcement officers, first responders, certified firearms instructors, private investigators, and experienced security professionals. Team members hold various certifications in firearms safety and training, personal protection, defensive tactics, emergency response, CPR, Stop the Bleed, situational awareness, and security operations. In addition to industry training and certifications, our staff have extensive hands-on experience providing security services for commercial properties, events, hospitality venues, executive protection assignments, retail locations, places of worship, and special events.
