- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are several items that we have that are standard pricing and it goes as follows: Sod installation $0.75 per sq ft this includes material and labor per sq ft. Mulch installation $75 per yard, includes material, delivery and installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process consist of getting personal info from our client first in order to set up the free quote such as name, phone number and address, we schedule a date which is usually within the same week or day we don't like to make our clients wait too long, after their quote has been given, we call for follow up and see if they have any questions and or will like to schedule the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this industry working for other companies in the same area and I decided to move forward on my own when i see that I have love and care for what im doing
