Everything worked perfectly. He called me almost as soon as I posted, was able to meet with me the next day, and figured out and fixed the problem I was having with my computer that I couldn't figure out over the last 6 months. He knew his stuff very well and was easily able to communicate to me what the problem was and how to fix it and did so at the better price then I thought was possible.

We generally do not have a a standard pricing. Every job is unique and to provide our customers the best value we price out jobs based on the issue at hand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a free diagnosis to pin point the issue and the determine the most cost effective option to have the computer in working order.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my BSE and MSE in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan.
