- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I am new I am going by what the customer writes..i do give discounts If there's a referral..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the customer wants from what they want me to focus on. Like for the birthday I would focus on the cake cutting part.. then meet the customer if that's possible before the job to discuss the pricing to when can I give them the photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently going to Macomb community college for the basic photography class. Ready to become better at my art.
