One of the coldest days so far this season, my furnace started leaking CO...Comfort Zones of Royal Oak was out the next morning & we had heat by 3pm..service guys were professional & caring..one even loaned us a heavy duty space heater from his home, for the one night we spent without heat. They explained things as they worked & kept me informed..also spent some time talking to office folks , who were understanding & patient...an older individual here who highly recommends the service of Comfort Zones. Stay warm.

The repairman, Jesse, did a great job. He called before each visit and arrived exactly when he advised he would. He took care of the problems with our furnace. We would request him, if necessary, in the future.
