- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job starts with a free on-site estimate. We provide estimates and bill your insurance carrier directly when assigned by the policyholder, so you're not fronting the project cost. We offer a 15% senior & veteran discount and 0% APR financing for qualified applicants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One accountable team. (1) Emergency assessment — we find and stop the source and document conditions before anything is moved. (2) Mitigation & extraction — standing water out, damaged materials removed. (3) Structural drying — commercial equipment with daily moisture readings until the structure is verified dry.

We're an IICRC Certified Firm. Our team holds the IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT) credentials, and the company is a Michigan licensed Residential Builder (License #262500491) — verifiable through Michigan LARA and the IICRC public registry. Our crew carries 80 years of combined Michigan restoration experience.
