Lendrul (spelling?) Worked on one of my rentals that needed wiring. I am out of state so I really need someone honest that I can trust since I can't see the actual problem. He went through the whole house and came up with a few options, priced them out(very fair pricing), and he started work that week. He replaced/upgraded the entire breaker board in the basement which is a huge upgrade for an older house. This will let us now wire the place up to code etc. and really modernize the place. Great guy and easy to work with. Will be hiring him to do the rewiring as well when it's time.

He went beyond what was required when he cut a slot in one of my Csbinet drawers to accommodate closing the drawer through stovetop gas line.
