- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i do not have standard pricing to make a list.. with electrical installations there are many objects in the way along with fishing wires need to see in person to be fair to myself and most of all to the home owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i encourage communication with not only new but all customers.. they do not know me nor do i know them.. the best way to have a any kind of relationship is communication. the customer is not a pro so take the time to explain what we are doing and why we are doing it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been in code update classes to keep my learning and training going so that i am familiarized with new safety requirements.
