Richard came out today and did a great job. He replaced a toilet for me. I thought I could wait but the water damage was becoming too much. He was on time. Very professional.

I’m a real skeptic when it comes to dealing with people I don’t know. Especially off the internet. But Richard really surprised me. He contacted me right away, made an appointment. Not only kept his appointment but showed up 10-15 early. Quick & easy estimate that I found to be reasonable. And to top it all off he assured me he can get it done this week & Did!!!! If I wasn’t already excited. Richard completed my long list of task in about 3 hours an was on his way!!! Richard is Quick, Efficient,Reasonable and his work was completed right and looks super clean. Long story short. I would recommend him to anyone and already have….
