- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Veteran Junk Removal is priced very competitively when compared to large franchises, since we do not have the 10-20% overhead cost of franchise fees. Your money spent stays local, as opposed to franchises where a large percentage of money is sent to a corporation headquartered in another state or even another country like some of our competitors. We also offer discounts for veterans, seniors, teachers and more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Veteran Junk Removal would love to have a conversation with you regarding your junk removal needs! Topics to discuss include the scope of the work - are you calling for a couch removal, an entire home cleanout, or a deck removal? We will determine your timeline, and will provide all of the details you’ll need to know regarding our processes and pricing.

At Veteran Junk Removal, we strive to hire veterans whenever possible. As a veteran owned company, we have found that veterans come from diverse backgrounds and often have experience in maintenance, construction, physical labor, driving, heavy equipment - along with having excellent work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
