### Terms and Conditions:
1. **Inquiries and Estimates**
- If you are looking for the lowest price, please look elsewhere. We focus on providing the best service and getting the job done efficiently.
- Use Google or chat services to search for quotes.
-You will find out the total estimated cost after you pay the estimate fee and after I come on site.
2. **Security Deposit**:
- Please call/message before submitting a security deposit.
- The estimate fee goes directly towards the cost of labor and serves as a non-refundable security deposit.
- If you submit a security deposit and decide to go with another company, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
3. **Estimates and Discounts**
- Free on-site estimates are not provided. Our prices are as shown.
- We do not offer discounts However, we can adjust the scope of work to fit your budget.
4. **Payment Terms**:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the job.
- For same-day or next-day service jobs, 100% of the labor cost is due upfront.
**Shop & Delivery fee**
- Full balance plus the cost of tools and materials (if provided by us) is due upon booking.
- There is a $200 delivery & shop fee if you want us to shop & deliver or figure out the logistics of getting things delivered to the site.
- The larger the item the more it will cost to get it delivered.
5. **Project Costs**:
- The cost of the project may change based on new information or additional tasks.
- Prices are finalized after the job is complete, with any changes communicated beforehand.
6. **Service Areas and Travel Costs**:
- We service the Mid-Michigan area within a 40 -mile radius of Lansing, Grand Rapids, and Detroit, and within a 10-mile radius of Traverse City.
- Travel costs will increase the required security deposit.
7. **Garden Care and Landscaping**:
- Garden care and landscaping jobs start at $369, which includes spring/fall clean-up or the first service of the season.
- Adding new tasks or making the job harder will increase the cost.

Please keep in mind that landscaping is a luxury, not a necessity. It’s in high demand, with few service providers who truly excel. This is not a job just anyone can do—it’s hard, demanding work.
